You cant talk about adventure in East Africa and you don't come to Jinja, the "Stone City"

Itineraries
Day 1
Transfer to Sipi Falls, Kapchorwa
We shall pick you from your desired pickup location and drive comfortably to the home of Mt. Elgon, where Sipi Falls flows. Here you can look out for various homesteads along the way, and as you're approaching Mbale City, Mt. Elgon welcomes you, with its many water falls and streams visible from a distance. We go through Mbale city, via Sironko and up we climb Mt. Elgon to Kapchorwa, the home of Sipi Falls. We shall lodge here, have dinner and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
Day 2
Hike the 3 falls, Coffee Tours. Sunset view
After breakfast at the lodge, we head out with our guide to hike Sipi falls. the tour will take about 3-4 hours and as you walk you will be able to visit the cave and follow the Sipi River as it cascades the rocks and mount cliffs. Carry along a hat for protection against the sun.
After this, we shall then trek back to the lodge for lunch. We later conduct a coffee tour where you will be taken through the whole process of how coffee ends up in your cup; from the garden to roasting it on the stove and then the aromatic hot cup you enjoy. You may participate in planting a memorial coffee seedling, pounding the roasted beans and eventually boiling to enjoy a cup of Elgon Arabica coffee.
Later in the evening, you will enjoy the sunset view!
Day 3
Abseiling Sipi Falls and Sightseeing
The biggest highlight of the day! Yes! Abseiling Sipi Falls! Down the falls on a rope, swinging up-close and personal with the loud roar of the falls and water splashing on you like steam all over the place. If you are daring enough, you will be drenched in seconds and the cold splashes of this waterfall will leave you excited!
We shall then head back to the lodge for lunch and refreshments, then head out for sight seeing and some nice photography in the evening.
Day 4
Transfer to Jinja, Sunset boat cruise
After a beautiful breakfast in the morning, we shall set off to Jinja, the adventure city of East Africa! Jinja City is well known for its adventure excursions all over East Africa.
We shall reach in time for our lunch. We check into our lodge as we prepare for a sundown boat cruise to the source of the Nile. We then rest after and prepare for tomorrow’s adventure.
Day 5
Jinja-Bungee Jumping and Quad Biking
After our breakfast, we head straight to jump through the air from a tall cliff, to the bottom of the river, an activity called Bungee Jumping, newly re-introduced in Jinja. After this, we return to the lodge for lunch, as we prepare for an evening Quad biking adventure. This is the time to test your driving adrenaline in the muds of the Nile banks.
Day 6
Jinja- Horse riding, Tubing on the Nile
After our breakfast, we shall head out to ride horses. Be sure to follow your guide to enjoy your trip. After our lunch, we shall head to the other side of River Nile for our flat water tubing activity on the Nile
Day 7
Jinja- White Water Rafting
After our very early morning breakfast, we head out for the greatest highlight in Jinja City; White Water Rafting! Definitely not for the faint hearted! This will take the whole day, then later return to the lodge for an overnight
Day 8
End of Trip, Transfer back to Kampala
Now, your trip has come to an end.
